The umbrella and canopy areas in the pics are fairly accurate depictions of how I imagine Barothet's Bazaar district in Iruk. The building color is right, but there aren't that many multi storied buildings.
It is located near the western gate leading into the desert. Caravans and merchants mingle with locals, providing a mix of materials and news. Most foreigners will find housing here. The Calico Nocturni guild are also very active in the area. You have a friendly contact in this guild named Mutaz (eye booger) who owns the Hairy Locust.
