Test of Perception
As the group predicted, the first test occurred along the long stairway down. Djura managed to spot the trap and someone disarmed it. If it had triggered, then the stairs would have flattened and everyone would have tumbled down the stairs.
Test of Agility
This involved 9 platforms that the group had to jump from one to the next (like Super-Mario Bros). Bistek used a Fly Spell and 150 feet of rope. With Bistek's help, the group was able to completely avoid the dangers of this room. Unfortunately, the tigers needed to be left behind.
Test of Patience
The next room was a small 30X30 room with a large statue in the center. Flo'rel approached the statue and triggered a Sleep Gas Trap. Fortunately his Elven genetics prevents him from suffering from magical sleep, so that trap was negated. After several hours of searching, the group found a secret door with PATIENCE marked on it. The group was forced to wait 7 days until the door opened.
This would be inconsequential, except for the fact that Flo'rel is suffering from a Mummy's Curse and loses 3hp every 24 hours. The Paladin was at 10 max hp when the door finally opened.
Test of Climbing
Using some smart teamwork and the Rakastas' natural climbing skills, the group was able to climb the sheer walls and open the concealed door.
Test of Teamwork
Two large locked doors with 9 large pairs of Cats' claws were indented into the door. Using the metal claws found in a previous room, the group was able to open the ddors.
Final Resting Place of Rajas'el-Najar
The Red Suns came upon a large oddly shaped room with a sarcophagus in it. Written on the side of the sarcophagus were the words "Resting Place of Rajas'el-Najar"
The Rakasta surrounded the sarcophagus and lifted the lid. A mummy rose from the tomb and declared in classic villain style "I am Rajas'el-Najar. I have returned to dominate the world!" Then extended his staff and blasted Hinata in the face. Hinata aged and withered. Within seconds he was a pile of dust.
We will roll for initiative next session and start the final battle!
